Tuition Payments
If a student withdraws from a Thongsook College program during the first five weeks of the program, she/he is eligible for a refund of the Thongsook College tuition payments based on the schedule below:
Timeline for Refund of Thongsook College Tuition
Semester and Academic Year Programs
Non-refundable Administrative Fees
At the time of acceptance into a Thongsook College program, each student is required to pay the non-refundable administrative fee which is deposited to secure his/her place into the program – this administrative fee is not refundable.
Expenses Incurred on behalf of a Student
Any expenses that incurred by Thongsook College on behalf of the student once the student has made a commitment to the program (in writing and/or by submitting the non-refundable program deposit), will be the financial responsibility of the student.
Expenses Incurred by a Student
Thongsook College is not responsible for indirect costs paid directly by the student, including, but not limited to, passport fees, vaccinations, and transportation and/or housing costs.
Extraneous Circumstances
For students who leave because of a medical or family emergency, the same refund policy applies. Thongsook College will not award a diploma or process a transcript request or visa extension until outstanding balances are paid in full. A student who is suspended, dismissed, or withdraws while under investigation for misconduct, will not have tuition payments refunded.
